BACK ORDER POLICY: 

If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you by email and ask if you would like us to keep that particular item on order or to cancel it. If an item is not in stock and not available in 30 days we will remove the item from order. Please let us know if you would like to handle backorders another way. 

RETURN POLICIES: 

Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be undamaged, properly packaged in original carton, in resalable condition, and packed with sufficient shipping materials for us to accept an item for return.Call us for a Return Authorization Number before shipping. We encouraged you to ship returned items using UPS for tracking purposes (UPS is not required). You are responsible for the shipping cost for returning an item. PLUSH (Stuffed Animals) and BOOKS CAN NOT be returned. In the event that your item is received damaged, please save all packing materiel and notify us within 10 days so we may make arrangements to have the item picked up and to send out a replacement ASAP. 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: 

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling the store. 678-364-0814 Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns. 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

 The cost for shipping an order placed online is based upon your total order amount. 

SHIPPING POLICIES: We currently offer two shipping options within the continental United States: 
   1. Standard - Temporarily unable to guarantee holiday delivery after 12/11 
   2. Expedited - Faster but unable to guarantee holiday delivery after 12/11. 

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. 

Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO: We currently do not ship APO/FPO. 

International Shipping: We currently do not ship Outside of the Continental United States. Please contact us if we can be of any other assistance.
